“(I for one am fine with a female Doctor - though Whitaker wouldn’t have been my first choice, and there’s a lot of actors both female and male I’d have rather seen in the role. I’m far more concerned with Chris Chibnall’s writing.)“
I’m waiting for the episode where Nathan reveals that the entire Trump presidency is really just a very elaborate stunt for his show.
Could have even used that mourning to trigger different stories.
Serialization fixes the single worst thing about Star Trek; that nothing of significance ever happens. Every episode is wrapped up by the end and the characters come full circle.
I don’t get this. How would him mourning her have changed how that episode was done? “City on the Edge of Forever” could be done the exact same. The episodes after it would have the mourning.
Thanks for the further details. You and Katie let us wallow in the crapulence of a stupid movie without wasting our time and money.
This movie was one of the most gutting disappointments of the year. “Tinker tailor” and “Let the right one in” were great movies! Totally knew Kristen Wiig’s stay on the show was temporary, but it’s cool to see her character didn’t end up dying... yet.
Didn’t realize how much I missed this show until this premiere.
