I find it comical that some in this thread believe white collar crime is not that serious.

Like much less wealthy people of color, who get incarcerated for what seems like unreasonably long sentences due to “sentencing guidelines,” all I ask is that the exact same be applied to Ms. Holmes. No more, no less. That would fulfill my definition of equal justice under the law. 

Stealing from the rich is the supreme offense to the American justice system. Surprised no one has lobbied to make it carry the death penalty. Yet.
