Do you really think the majority of the electorate has strong pro-Israel feelings? I dont think most voters have strong feelings either way; the issue is bigger in academia (bds, etc.) and the news media than it is in the day to day of the average voter

Even from the perspective of appealing to voters this resolution is stupid and creates fodder for Republicans. The overwhelming majority of Americans do not have strongly formed opinions regarding the issue or side with Omar. 

Philly, Cleveland, and Boston are not small cities. Youngstown, Brockton, and Harrisburg are small cities.
