The best thing about the Special Editions for me was that I could enjoy them in a movie theater with my friends. I had only watched the movies on VHS before.

I cannot take anyone seriously who claims that anyone will “silence conservative voices” anywhere. People claim this, yet somehow are unable to provide examples of Twitter or Facebook doing so purely because they’re “conservative voices,” and even handwave away the evidence of Facebook putting their thumb on the scale…
I struggled to avoid this type thought while reading, but it kept popping into my mind. It’s depressing to think of the unimaginable richness of knowledge out there, and the (apparently) limitless opportunity left to continue learning ... and most people don’t care.
