Hey, Vicki Lewis as the dog trainer!

I don't know which I like better, Norwood or Dog of the South, but I've read both multiple times.

I know this might be a stretch, but it occurred to me today that Hip-Hop might not have been possible without Ali, or at least not as mainstream entertainment. Ali was the first black man who had the nerve not to be deferential in front of white America.
He paved the way for the braggadocio that is a part of Rap.

Since Erik Adams brought up audiobooks, it made me realize I would like to hear audiobook narrator Grover Gardner narrate my entire life.

Courtney Barnett is a freaking genius. It was so refreshing not fast forward through the musical guests as I had all season long.

Modern Family's problem is one that affects all wildly popular shows. Every actor on the show needs to have a story line in nearly every episode so we end up with episodes crammed with plots and subplots. It happened to Friends and Seinfeld as well.

That doesn't look as good as the Magnum.

I remember being 13 and seeing Gary Numan on an MTV predecessor called Video Concert Hall.

I think the Thin Blue Line parody is the single funniest episode of TV I've seen in years. I loved every minute of it.

I'm excited to hear this. I long for anything that might be a return to the form of Our Endless Numbered Days.

In high school, I owned "The Golden Age of Wireless" and listened to it so much I wore the words off the cassette, but I haven't thought about it for 30 years. The music came flooding back as I read this article. Great job.

I wonder if this show will evolve like Cougar Town did. If it lasts a few years, I could see it no longer being about Rebecca's love for Josh and more of a buddy comedy with Paula and Rebecca as the focus, the Lucy and Ethel of the 2010s!

I don't get hungover, but I do have go to shows for when I'm trying to fall asleep.
Lifetime Movie Network movies, crime shows on Discover ID or The Golden Girls always work for me.

The last time I had a license picture taken (in Ohio), the lady at the DMV told me we're not allowed to smile in the picture any longer. Then she said, "first we can't pray in schools, now we can't smile in license picture." She was neat.

Ooh Boy. I'm a fan of The Free Design's "I Found Love" and I'm a huge Stereolab fan, but this track is nauseating.

My school had a beloved Biology teacher die of a massive heart attack while working in his yard over the weekend. The next few days at school were downbeat and emotional, especially the memorial service held in the auditorium.

"Wipin 'em off boss."

I love Tom Lehrer for saying that awarding Henry Kissinger the Nobel Peace Prize made political satire obsolete.

Sorry I have to disagree. "Sexy Dance Fighting" is when my wife and I knew this show was a keeper. Jairo's ridiculous shouting of "Ponytail" during his capoeira moves, Bob crapping his pants, it's a great episode.

I'm 10 years older than you and I agree with you.
