This is true, I may just have a little too much time on my hands at work today.

I find a lot of records I order directly from bands tend to also come with a CD copy. Seems slightly counterproductive to me but eventually the dive bar I go to will accept donations for the juke box and I will spend all my money forcing everyone to listen to Los Campesinos! for the 8 hours I'm there.

I know I haven't even brought up Snyder's run yet!

I have a friend who referred to candle wax ear cleaning as "better than hot tub sex".

Thank god or I would have felt real dumb spending $3k on speakers so I can listen to Carly Rae Jepsen's "Emotion" in it's highest form.

I can without a doubt guarantee you BvS:DoJ was worse

Doesn't matter because the answer is DKIII

Random thing about Dan Didio, all of my close friend's parents and whatnot went to school with him. I was not allowed to take a picture of him in high school with a fro to share on the internet.

Probably swings both ways, as a news site I wouldn't want a guy writing about comics if he's also trying to make money off of them being sold.

Electro-mechano technician sounds like a pretty bad ass job title in general, like something off a D&D chart.

Probably conflict of interest

That's true, but I feel like it was necessary in context of JLA when you have a dude that's not a borderline god fighting space aliens. As you said though he does the same thing in his Batman run, the entire time he literally Batmans his way out of everything. Until things spiral out of his control. I mean

You're right, it doesn't quite roll off the tongue. But even outside those runs he's a character that's defined more by his failures than what he does as a hero.

I would argue that Batman is not a Mary Sue. If anything, the runs by Snyder and Morrison paint Batman as a tragic figure and that feels more true to character.

In the version seen in the header image, is that the entirety of the bee movie script on his left arm

Hey this isn't a Dead Kenndeys post at all! *runs and hides in his bunker*

I think I much prefer the idea of Haggar being an over protective father after learning Cody is kind of a scumbag just kind of keeps him locked up through various loopholes. Then he breaks out of metro city jail and goes hard after Zangief out of misplaced anger

If Naruto taught me anything it's that orange jump suits are legit ninja clothes

What always baffled me is that Haggar never pardoned Cody and he spent all of his Streetfighter appearances in his prison pajamas.

Streets of Rage 2 I believe is the one with roller blade kid. 3 had a dude with robot arms and a kangaroo.
