Been with them since college…I guess because they had a booth on the quad? 12+ years later, couldn’t be more sick of them. Absolutely worthless. Horrible rates, they’ve talked me in to opening accounts I didn’t need in the past, shitty customer service…and apparently doing way shittier things across the board while…
I can’t see why anyone would stay with Wells, BOA, or Chase. The only thing they offer over a regional/community bank is an ATM and branch network, something that is rapidly declining in use. All you have to do to see how these banks care about their customers is look at their savings rates. BOA is only paying 6 bps…
