Useless maybe, but I don't remember Nintendo ever giving dangerous advice. In fact, this reckless advice surprises me a lot because they are actually the most paranoid of all game companies when it comes to safety measures.
Maybe not “everyone", but it's pretty safe to assume that the vast majority of people that have a PS4, also have internet. Probably more than 90% of them.

I’m fairly sure that Sonic is still wildly popular among kids, not just adults. This is why Sonic games keep selling well, despite a lot of them being shit. You think they are only bought by adults?

As of right now, it works just fine on Opera browser. It has the VPN built-in, and I can change regions on the fly.
Mine started choking people at 14 months old, and lifting buffaloes and shit at 16-17. It was a mess.
