This is a common mistake. Bonds and Rose and Clemens are in the HOF. The HOF has complete exhibits that cover all of these guys and others. Their stories are being told in the museum. Bonds and Rose don’t have a plaque on a wall in one wing of the HOF.

It’s really not that surprising. If you grew up in a conservative family watching FOX News, you’re going to be like that. I think it might be more interesting to come back to them in four years and see if college has changed them. I know I was a lot different politically at 22 than I was at 18.

Honestly, MLB really should try to add a third team in NY or another into LA or an AL team into Philly or a NL team into Boston. All of those markets could easily absorb another team. It won’t happen b/c of the politics but new teams in those locations would probably do better than a team in Portland.
