The problem with that scene was the writing. Jon and Sansa (and Davos) should have had a group discussion outlying the plan before giving it to the northern leaders. That way Sansa and Davos don’t learn their roles on the spot. But for a variety of reasons, the writers can’t do that.

Yeah, she and Sophie Turner are real problems for the show. On the other hand, Arya has turned into a really good little actress and Jon Snow isn’t annoying me nearly as much as he did the first few years.

Agreed, the Sandsnakes in the show are awful. Last nights episode was just a way to end that storyline.

The only way to stop police abuses like this is to cut their budgets at the city and county levels. Courts and oversight committees will always protect cops (occasionally throwing a particularly bad one to the wolves). But cut their budgets and you force them to cut officers. Make big cuts.

The BCA will absolutely leak anything negative about a white person to protect a cop. They did it in a Mankato police killing earlier this year where they leaked the toxicity report on the victim - a white man who was a school teacher.

The BCA will find that the cops did nothing wrong. They will be interviewed within 72 hours of killing someone - long enough to get their story straight - and asked leading questions that will lead them away from incriminating themselves. “Did you think she was armed?” “Did she fail to listen to your instructions?”…
