For some reassurance, Piranha Games have a completely different dev team working on this (including supposedly people that worked on the old MW4 Mech Packs?) and they said they’re keeping the microtransactions to a minimum.

It still does not change the fact the base code inside their engines is hot garbage and because they refuse to dump it for an engine that can actually handle a real open world without crashing and burning until modders jump in and fix it better than their own coders could.
