How is the modern 240 wagon equivalent, the SUV monstrosity pictured above?
The last few generations of the Legacy have been more North American family type cars than Japanese sport sedan. Even with 350HP, the new Legacy will be more like a less powerful Ford Taurus SHO than a BMW/Audi competitor.
Isn’t there already studies out that show congestion pricing only works temporarily? IIRC, congestion charges have failed in London and they only keep it around for revenue.
It’s been a while since I have played streets of rage but I believe that each character has 10-15 moves. Even in todays terms that’s not that bad.
