I seriously don’t understand the obsession with Nav, in car navigation sucks. Get a $10 phone mount and use Waze as your navigation. It tells you of real time traffic, police, wrecks, objects in road, and everything else you might want to know about your route. I’ve used in car navigation 2 times in the past 10 years,

The turbos weren’t the problem, the packaging is the problems, those turbos just build up heat. Also there are fewer failures on the 04 which has no emissions equipment. The 06-08 had DPF and EGR. EGR may be good for the environment, but it sucks for longevity

I had one as well. It was one of my favorite vehicles ever! I had a CPO warranty on mine and was smart enough to dump it with 1 year left on that. Sold it to a guy who was a super-fan.

The idea sounds great unless you realize that moon rocks are just regular rocks for rich people. The 4th possible source of he moon rocks is man made, there is nothing about the moon rocks (used in this application) that couldn’t be duplicated in a lab. (Honestly the painter should just pocket the rock instead of

Technically drag racing is a sport, the charger is a sedan ergo it’s a sport sedan.

I know several people with raptors, they sit shinny and un-abused in their driveway 27 days a month. But those 2-3 days they get taken off road, they get abused. In my mind it’s better than a track car that sits in the garage all year waiting on those handful of track days, except with the Raptor it can be driven

everything you just said is wrong.

The shock width difference is....shocking. Only 1.8”? I would have expected 2.5”. The difference has more to do with cooling and durability than vehicle weight. The new raptor is significantly lighter than the gen 1 and got an upgrade to 3” from 2.5 so that it could better take the abuse of desert running.

Our “family car” changed every 2-3 years, it was always Dad’s truck. It was always a crew-cab 4x4, either a Powerstroke or Duramax, top of the line.

I was dying laughing watching that episode. I’ve always wanted to go on Jeopardy but I know with my luck I’d get on an episode with somebody who has an idetic memory. But last night I would have easily won, I knew enough of the other topics to be competitive and I obviously would have cleaned out the Football topic

I saved damn nearly 90k on a 5 year old Range Rover Autobiography.

That’s a great philosophy. But it’s not so simple. I would never valet in my hometown unless I was on an early relationship date (5th date or less) But when you travel there are a lot of times when you can’t just not valet.

The tax write off is negligible, as it is only the amount he paid minus the MSRP.

The money went to charity. This was a charitable donation that happened to get him a nice car in return. And oh by the way that charity does pretty great work.

I don’t understand, Why is this offensive? Would he not enjoy doing that? I understand the guy was trying to be a jerk, but it seems like an accurate statement. If someone told me to eat some pussy, I wouldn’t be bothered at all.

My mom once called my Imola Yellow B5 S4 Avant a rotten Banana.

God I hope that F1 loses this. It’s an awful logo. It needs to die, preferably by fire. Also the ford and carrier logos and the kraft and comet logos are only similar if you are legally blind. There is zero possibility of confusion; where as, even though the brands are completely different, the F’s are identical in F1

Yeah but I actually think Mercedes is smart with what they are doing. With Mercedes it’s numbers that create the branding separation. 63 is basically the true AMG, anything lower is lesser. So rather than having an M-sport badge on you car letting the world know you have an imitation product, you get a full on AMG

I feel like everyone underestimates the better for the environment ultra premium luxury market in the US. The Model X is a stupid looking glorified minivan, and yet it’s sales are fairly strong. Granted the G350 isn’t very similar to a Model X, I bet there would be some commonality in buyers. The Range Rover TDI is
