I’m very proud of my southern heritage! I can tell you all of the aspects of it that I’m proud of: sweet tea, fried food, bbq, and football. 3 of those things Yankees can’t even begin to comprehend.

In fairness, at the time there were a few other issues regarding states rights beyond exclusively slavery, and there were plenty of non slave owning people fighting for the south....but in today’s day and age yeah it’s 100% racism.

I constantly listen to the news talk about white privilege and I start to feel bad about my place in life. Then I see some Asian or Midle Eastern KID with millions of dollars wreck an expensive sports car I can’t afford and I realize that I have nothing to feel bad about.

I’m continually baffled by Honda. I understand being bad year 1, and I can see how that could stretch into year 2. Worse still is the fact you can get a steep discount on a still under warranty Audi Q5 TDI. My mom has one, I had to drive it to Florida for her and averaged 40mpg Hwy over 400 miles. and it would absolutely blow the doors of this thing in every other category.

Yes Lee was a slave owner, hell most Americans were. Our country was literally founded by slave owners. It’s a terrible fact, but sadly one that can’t be changed. However history shows that Lee freed his slaves voluntarily, because he wasn’t as asshole. Whereas Grant waited until he legally had to free his slaves…

How about “Robert E Lee freed his slaves before Ulysses S Grant did highway” That is also historically accurate. And shows the true character of the men.

Is this even a question? I’m fairly sure Carroll was signing stuff as fast as he could right up until the second he checked out. They probably have at least a 30 year supply of signed car parts in the warehouse that they will dole out at a rate of 5-10 a year.

I’ve been saying this for years, Cobra’s are too common, so they just look ordinary. and they are completely useless if the sky is anything other than cloudless. But a good Daytona looks like a E type and a 250GTO had a baby and started it on a regular regimen of steroids as a small child.

I’ve got a buddy who gets $1000 a month allowance for a car from his job. His though is that that, yes he could have a nice car for free, or he could have a REALLY nice car for only 300-500 a month out of pocket so why not?

The difference is that the G will never leave you stranded (unless you run out of gas because of a broken gas gauge) The “unreliability” is in the “luxury” features, not in the power train which is built to the million mile standards that made Mercedes famous.
