Honestly the appeal of a Defender is in the utilitarianism, so adding a bunch of glitz doesn’t interest me. Then again I had a G500 that I took off road and I always lamented that when I got it dirty on the inside I couldn’t just hose it out! But that was a small price to pay for the feeling I got every time I parked…

I mean on one hand the car is obviously shit....on the other it’s a classic Datsun that runs and drives for only $1,500....reluctant NP, give it a macco paint job and then drive it until returns to the dust from which it came.

It’s also only 1,500....Everyone should have a fairly good idea the car is going to take substantial work at that price....
