@resvrgam: Oh, that's just because the bunny-hopping, physics abusing twitch "tournament" deathmatch shooters less popular. Those were boring anyway. The real fun is not in how quickly you can turn your mouse to aim at someone, but in strategy; trying to catch the other team off-guard.

The reason Borderlands has such staying power at my place is split-screen coop. Even though we both have 360s connected to Xbox Live and through LAN, my flatmate and I still prefer to grab a beer, warm some Pizza Pockets and sit in front of the same TV for Borderlands.

Yeah, well, no. Not a good idea, Sony. What can work for 500 Mb-2 Gb PSP and PS1 games cannot work for PS3 games here.

Well, it has been available for about a month now, just not in the Ovi Store. I don't like it too much, it's bulky and doesn't integrate that well into S60. I use Vyke for my VoIP; 4 cents an hour, and integrates seamlessly with Symbian.

Wait... Not having a Wii, I haven't been following this game, but... that's an actual screenshot?

Dear Arksys:

"I realized, as I played around with the Project Natal prototype, due to hit stores this year, that I was spending more time examining the game's reaction to my motions than I was having fun."

@ShadowOdin of dubious snowiness: Considering the state of affairs between Apple and Adobe, it's safe to say they probably REALLY aren't fond of Air.

@SupaPhly: Well, technically, it's a 6-week trolling spree; the first episode and the last episode of the arc are justifiable.

Guild Wars (at least at first, I haven't really played the expensions) had it right from the start. You hit the very low level cap about halfway though the relatively short campaign. The rest is what would be "endgame" in any other game. The difference that makes a player better than another is about the player skills

@wildeny: The PDF ebooks sold by ebook stores are formatted to be reflowable pretty much like ePub ebooks are. They end up looking the same as ePub on mobile devices (and the files are only marginally bigger). I prefer ePub myself since my reader supports it, but a well-formatted ebook PDF is easily my second choice

Ok, it seems painfully obvious Gizmodo editors are not heavy readers. The constant downplaying of E-Ink is getting tiring (almost as tiring as reading on backlit devices!).

@D Mitsuki, Gotta have guts kid!: To play devil's advocate: You do enjoy porn and/or seeing scantily clad women, ridiculous action movies like Transformers and the like, don't you? Twilight is the same thing, but for women.

@spudhed: Because for the most part this treats the romance in the relatively mature way that good fiction can.

@natanku: I'm going for the Elcor!

@Ursus-Veritas: Not true. I had all three upgrades, and all of my crew's loyalty except Miranda's (which wasn't chosen for any special role).

I Knocked Boots With...
