It's a problem with the Punkbuster anti-cheat software. I had it happening last night, but after an update it stopped. They are aware of the issue.

Had the worst time trying to play Battlefield 3 last night. First Punkbuster kept kicking me from servers because it didn't update right. Then, I kept getting the BSOD during matches. Pretty sure it's the display drivers that are wonking out so I'll wait for ATI to fix those.
