Indeed. Many of the best dramas on TV are almost painful to watch at times. But they tell such affecting and brilliant stories.

You could go lower on the PSU, but extra overhead never hurts and you probably won't save all that much dropping to 500W or so. It would be nice to bump the CPU up to an i7 if possible, but I don't know what their price difference there is. Overall though, looks like a solid system, though I am personally more of an

Well played, Cleveland. You've trolled millions of Madden fans everywhere.

Ah, wow, I can understand the more urgent nature of the situation for Canadians. Smart to be proactive about it then!

Does Canada not have a social security number equivalent? I guess I assumed everyone did.

Oh man! I forgot about Darksiders! I really enjoyed the long-form demo on PS3. A new challenger approaches, it seems...

I am savoring all these "hard core" gamers reaming the commenter for not slogging through it. Yet I am also pretty damn sure most have looked up YouTube walkthroughs and hints or been to GameFaqs or looked at cheats online or come to Kotaku asking for help in Demon Souls. It's all relative. You didn't beat the game on

I had played the first ME, but also kind of lost interest after a while. The unique loyalty quests sound great though. My favorite parts of KOTOR and what I played of DA were the unique backstory side missions for everyone. I have another friend who hated ME1 but absolutely loves ME2, so I may very well end up adding

Actually that one is already in the collection. And oh so worth it.

So I am picking up three games this evening thanks to a buy two get one deal at a local store and have no idea which ones. My only stipulation is that the games be under $40 (I just dropped $60 on MK and will probably drop another $60 on Portal 2), so that means games from last fall and earlier mostly.

Baseball and hockey. Lots and lots of baseball and hockey.

Two of my favorite shows. I like you already.

Agreed. In fact, Sony, I will forget this whole ordeal for pancakes.

I am sure they honestly didn't know until Monday. That said, I am not sure if it was because it really needed a week to uncover or if Sony initially downplayed the threat. Ultimately, the whole thing comes down to PR, though, and Sony has gotten screwed with their someone outdated "controlled info" tactics, when the

Editted for context:

And if you ever run for office, you can tell everyone you served in the Sony Defense Force. TEN HUT!

He's just pissed that the outage meant he and Harry Reid couldn't finish Portal 2 co-op.

If you can't admit Sony has screwed up to at least a small degree and chuckle about at least one of these, you are indeed a sad, sad fanboy.

I can vouch that the game picks up later in Lord of the Rings, and they recently revamped the Evendim region which really helped cure the 30-40 grind. Though from what I hear the end game once you hit 65 gets pretty grind-y. But I am 54 now and having a blast with Moria and the legendary items.

I will add my voice in for Lord of the Rings Online. Stared with the free to play (which honestly is what it says). I played two months without dropping a dime and its possible to grind to the end game through the deeds in game (which unlock store currency). However, it hooked me enough that I am now a subscriber, and
