Thank you for this article. I’m from Brazil, where the problem of police brutality may be even worse than in the US - and it is often “justified” by US examples (mainly from TV and movies).

This is one of those discussions where it is almost impossible to win, but even a leaving a minor seed of doubt in some minds can…

Uh, in the “let’s just forget what’s going on and increase our old product” side, there was also the 2.88Mb floppy - which performed just as fast as the “shining” 1.44Mb one (and boy, who would forget those hours changing floppies to intall Windows?)
