Not his own car? If true that only reinforces why I don't like to drive anyone else's car or let anyone else drive my car. I've got enough of my own stuff to be responsible for without being responsible for someone else's car. Conversely, I hate to put the burden of responsibility....of liability on someone else

I bought a Surface Pro and paid for the Type Cover and I bought a SanDisk Ultra 64 GB MicroSDXC card a few weeks ago. Now Microsoft is including the 'keypads' and the expansion memory card can be had for a huge discount. It figures....who knew?

You're right, the Russians had their thing but one difference being they didn't waste space and resources with all those silly redundant backup systems and safety measures. I recall when Russian cosmonauts first saw US spacecraft firsthand they were impressed with the many safety features NASA implemented.

IMO driverless cars may be feasible and safe for specifically designed roadways (freeways, Interstates, etc,) but I'm not so sure about city driving. At the least, like with student drivers, a driverless car should be clearly marked as such to warn other motorists. As an avid amateur road racer I'd like to see what

There still may be some walk-in, enclosed phone booths in this country but I thought they were all abandoned long-ago by the phone companies due to liability concerns. If I recall, there was a person who got 'stuck' or couldn't get out of a phone booth in-time before it was hit by a car (injuring the occupant). The

Interesting as 'artwork.' Otherwise, there's no practical function or purpose whatsoever. Pretty cool though!

We all have our own opinions (and I respect yours), however, I find your vague criticism of the Bing search engine unwarranted. I alternated between Bing and google for a long time and I find the Bing search engine every bit as good, if not better, than google. I can't even remember the last time I felt doing a

Absolutely hideous....an abomination!

Certainly, there are many cars capable of performing comparably to (or better than) the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG on a road course. Other make cars may work well (as safety cars) in other racing venues but for Formula 1 the SLS has my vote. The SLS does its job well and it does it in style....it's a perfect blend of

How sad....my thoughts and prayers are with the victims, families and friends. As an avid, amateur road racer I realize risk is something all racers face....even at the club racing level. Even following stringent safety protocols 'freak,' fatal accidents can happen. How sad....what was supposed to have been a

"Heights" are not dangerous per se.....no height will harm or kill. I believe, even a newborn child has an instinctive fear of falling. Accordingly, I'd deem a fear of 'heights' healthy as a self-preservation measure. It's the long drop and the quick stop that'll fucking kill you.

Seriously....the US has fallen behind the rest of the world in medical care, food safety, financial practices, education, et cetera? People often see things differently but without question, there are pros and cons no matter where you live. From what I've seen and read I just don't see the 'rest of the world' doing

$478,947,711,160......isn't that about what the obama regime puts on the national credit card each day just for entitlement spending? Frankly, you know if the government's involved (building the Enterprise) that cost estimate will increase by a factor of 10. Hell, I think Disney should build a far cheaper,

I'm an avid amateur road racer and Formula 1 is (still for the time being) my favorite form of racing. Ever smaller forced induction engines.....say it isn't so! Leave it to Bernie to screw-up F1 racing. I'm sick of downsized engines and gimmicky green technology. There's a time and place for smaller engines and

I'm not particularly fond of heights especially when coupled with the risk of a long drop with a quick stop.

Holy shit! You'd think you could charter a private jet for less. No wonder I hardly fly anywhere anymore.

Offered is fine but sadly the trend toward low-power and alternate energy vehicles is being forced on the public by government regulations and mandates. As we've seen so often the government fails miserably when it tries to legislate consumer demand (or be fiscally responsible, etc.) . I hope these type vehicles are

Good eye....that's a nice image for content, composition, lighting, et cetera and the Tron analogy is spot-on. Actually, I had the urge to Photoshop the "Twilight Zone The Movie" airplane monster onto the top of the engine.

A testament to youthful exuberance and the 'Jackass' mentality where for a laugh and the hope of a viral video you'll do something that's certain to result in disaster and pain. I wonder if appropriate usage and disclaimer warning placards are affixed to each 'shopping' cart. Who knew?

I agree these examples aren't quite "micro" homes but the article did state "....most of the homes in this post fall on the larger end of the micro home spectrum." Good stuff....I applaud the efficient design, the purpose and those who can live in such minimalist space by choice or necessity.
