I super agree with this. People forget that the original pokedex entry of Tangela states (and I’m paraphrasing here) that Tangela is basically a human that got lost in the woods and tangled in some vines.

I really want to be hyped for this game. Drampa and Vikavolt look awesome, but the other pokemon give me the Gen V willies. I’m a pokemon fan for ever, and I’ll play the b’jesus out of this game but I can already tell (like gen V before it) this game will not grasp me the way Gen 1, 2, 3, and 6 did.
