I’va had decent cars where you can set the dash lights real low. BUT many times I’ve considered making a full on kill switch for 99% of interior lights.

Better yet, remember Top Gear’s ‘Big Star in a Reasonably Priced Car’ (or whatever it was called). Same car, same track, not always same conditions. That was great way to set a benchmark. Actually, I guess I just rehashed exactly what you just said. So yeah! Rallycross in Mazda 2's!

Having stayed in one as a 12 year old child. These are not cool. They were terrible. TERRIBLE I SAY! Small, hot, everything was really hard.

I stayed in one of these exact same camper things as a 12 year old and it was truly awful. Even with my small stature, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it was SO HOT! There was like zero ventilation. Terrible. This rosy eyes nostalgia from other peeps here is way, way off.

Pretty spot on. I currently have a Mk3 GTI VR6 and a MK5 (09 TSI) GTI. The newer one might be quicker, have heated seats, blah blah but the mk3 - VR6 specifically - is just goddamn magic! The driving experience between the 2 is night and day. I’ll take the MK3 all day long. Analog, engaged, gives you ‘The Fizz’. Nothin…
