I actually scored a pair of those for $20 (used), Wanted to love em. Couldn’t. They have this weird shape it feels like a lump under the ball of your foot, which is basically the opposite of what I want. I couldn’t get used to them.

Nice work but if you’re gonna be plowing through mud and all that, you have to up your pedal game! Nothing fancy just some metal (or resin/plastic - they’re actually good now) bmx platform pedals. The slightly bigger platform and pins will change your life.

I absolutely hate white. Ironically, over 10 year ago had a 91 Audi 90 Quattro 20V (think of it as a pre-S4) that was amazing. So far ahead of its time...Came in pearlesent white. I actually liked it versus the Appliance White nowadays. Not mine, but same thing/color

man, modern suspension is just amazing

Agreed. Hot exhaust + dry grass, classic combo for Disco Inferno

99 cents?!? I just filled up for $3.09 in Seattle. Where are you?

Did I say a damn thing about malware?

Whoops. You’re totally right, my bad.

Gonna have to disagree on El Yucteco, not the black label per se. As a hot sauce lover, anything that has this kinda garbage has no place in my house. If you have to use food coloring to make your ‘Verde’ green, it ain’t green.

ublock is the best! Super simple, skipping the nitty gritty, you can basically default to always have it on with the option to turn it off on specific websites (not recommended for jalop). You will not regret it.

If you wanna learn left foot braking, on an automatic is excellent advice. Each foot has a purpose and only one purpose.

Been there done that. Got great at heel/toe in a few months (give or take). Took about a year to have a real good feel at left foot braking (you never realize what an oaf your left leg is til you Hulk smash the brake) Totally worth it, total game changer.

I am zero percent into what Harley is up to. So.... I bought 5 shares of stocks when the market tanked the other day (about $10 each). Not sure why. Ridiculous but I feel like such an American Institution would never be allowed to die, just like Budweiser and all that other cliched “Americana” stuff. I guess you could

So true. Went out yesterday to Mercer Island (Island of many hairpins) near Seattle and there wasn’t a single car I got stuck behind. Passed about 3 cars going the other way. #Silverlining

Correct about the cautious but have the same with the lights and stop signs. Just oblivious. There’s a 2 lane, one way street near my house - I look BOTH ways before I cross cuz I’ve seen so many people going the wrong way. Without their lights on, of course. Maybe cuz we both have legal weed??

Please come to Seattle. It’s mindblowing how people that are generally pretty bright can be so dumb and so clueless.

As a former professional bike mechanic, welcome to the world of ‘Will that work with this? But what about that? Oh then this is in the way...’

I’m totally with you on this. I have a 90 HP Buell Lightning and coupled with a lot of torque - that is plenty. I ride plenty quick but rarely use 100% of its potential power.

Dude, glad it’s not just me. I just want a map and traffic. I don’t need to default to ‘explore’ or all the other garbage. I looked up ‘brewery’ the other day - Petco and Autozone were 2 of the results :-/

Thany you for answering this question I’ve been asking (but not researching) for 24 years. Saw one in ‘96 and didn’t believe it was ‘stick shift’ without a clutch. Guess I was a skeptical 16 year old.
