There is a tumblr where Cisco talks about having movie time with the villains. One time one of the metahumans (the mist, I think) tried to kill him but Caitlin rescued him.

I still think its amazing that Dr Wells is still paying their salaries (Caitlin and Ciscos), and obviously signing requisitions for equipment (since they seem to have no problem getting this). He really puts the nice guy in ‘Villian’.
