Can confirm, I dig 70s cars and bikes.

And *that* is the actual feel-good story here. Everyone knew he would motormouth his lies and then flounce off the air, but after holding out 7 years, he got desperate enough to go on friggin’ Enn-Pee-Yarr and stay on for almost the entire time slot.

I dunno, but a friend of mine has a Guzzi that someone crammed a Subaru engine into. Don’t believe he ever got it running.

Sounds like you’ve got a lightly-used middle-aged Japanese car. It’s going to need plastic, rubber and wear items on a regular basis for another 10-20 years, and then it might start going downhill. Don’t forget the timing belt. I did, once.

Good luck with that.

Smart of Toyota look to Cuba for lessons on the future of car ownership on an economically isolated island.

Some times I think about the US and its first-mover disadvantage. We electrified, but with 2-phase 120V instead of 3-phase 240V. We invented health insurance, but tied it to your job as an overlay on an existing retail care system. We popularized the personal automobile, and let it eat all the other options.

Red is the fastest color. It doesn’t have the right motor anyway, and your sponsors will be motivated to help you get it titled. Also for that matter, with no VIN you’ll have to title it as an experimental, constructed or replica vehicle anyway.

The writer is nonplussed by this and literally could care less. /s

That’s super-cool! Just recalled reading this Kevin Cameron piece that mentions how hard it is to modulate TLS brakes - what’s your experience?

They just need to upgrade it to LGBTQ, to show their commitment to Trump and Q-Anon. Print it on a rainbow background to make it cheerful.

Go go Goggo! 2-strokes are great, can’t beat parts availability for an engine that has like 5 parts.

Say it with me:
SLOW CAR FAST!
SLOW CAR FAST!
SLOW CAR FAST!

Does that generation have the thing where the 3rd gear synchros die early?

Agreed. I think GM was smart to hang back and let Tesla try their Viridian Design strategy, but they maybe could’ve jumped in higher in the market.

Thank you for saying that better than I could. Where I come from, a thing that’s worth manufacturing and selling longer than most is called good engineering.

OMG, it’s terrible. They’re all going too fast (or too slow), using turn indicators for every single.lane.change (or not at all), swerving between lanes (or just doddering along in one) and being driven by tasteless flat-cap kids or cringe-y older people.

Welcome at last, comrade.

Nice strawman. For someone who’s not pro dead kid, you’re sure working hard to defend a kid being dead.
