Why is any even reporting on any of this?

I’m really lost how this person can’t make the distinction between personal sexuality and sexuality as a product. I’m going to assume there’s a mislaid belief that pop music is an authentic or organic expression of individual artistry rather than something intentionally produced for mass consumption.

Woah, almost a year after you had this conversation, I’m finally seeing it. The defense of commodity feminism that is being used against your very sensible argument is sorta unbelievable.

Wow, what a bunch of dorks. These pop stars suck. You all suck.

Cool victim blaming an innocuous event.

I’m sure they didn’t pull up and think “This sure looks suspicious!” There’s nothing stupid or suspicious about stopping on a public road at 1:30 am. Unless you’re a weirdo who feels threatened by everything.

What did the kids do that puts them in the wrong? Fleeing from a stranger with a weapon?

How could anyone forget the content of Six Memos for the Next Millennium? Those lectures are perfect.

How do you “accidentally" post something like this on snapchat or anywhere?

Have fun sticking to the right side of the road during a mountain descent filled with s-curves!

You’re not providing any useful advice for the situation in the video (a weird person being upset that he was passed, so he creates a dangerous situation to assert dominance). I’m not really sure what you “understand” about the biker being upset. The cyclist takes the proper amount of lane needed on the descent. He’s

The cyclist is weaving and losing speed for two reasons: He is aware there is an erratic bike behind him and can’t figure out where he is and he’s setting up for his next turn.

Jonathan Safran Foer is not “talented.” He’s a hack that writes books for obnoxious and stupid people.

It really doesn’t sound like you’re familiar with mountain descents.

You don’t hold a line at the right of the road at those speeds. Incredibly dangerous. You claim the lane— especially if you are going faster than the traffic behind you.

Cool story, nerds.

It sounds like every other pop song on the radio. The only difference is that the performers look edgy to squares, thus the music is supposedly different.

This isn’t synth pop.

It’s a problem of this specific writer concerning the whole of his contributions. A whole bag of problems and a colleague jumping in to spew an in-crowd cool people defense sorta exposes a bigger problem.

The whole thing never leaves obvious land and seems a bit disingenuous at times. I don’t give a crap about sports. I don’t follow sports. I wouldn’t recognize a pro sports person if we were sitting at the same table. Still, just by being exposed to pop culture, I know team names and basic stuff.
