I almost forgot, the beautiful swansong to the mighty 956/962 holds the record for most wins at Le Mans with 7. The Dauer 962 slipped in through a loophole and into GT1 but demolished everything including the faster prototypes. Won Le Mans 1994 outright, banned, and retired in style by getting win number 7.

I completely agree. I've ridden from Upstate NY to colorado, south to texas, across to florida and back up the east coast on 2 wheels a couple of times now, and there really is no better way to see the country.
