They don't have any official announcements, but the job listings on their website are asking for Android (as well as iOS) developers.

What do I use if I lack motivation to buy an iPad?

Sure, that's true. If only there were some kind of "swiss army knife" of measuring devices....

I'd like to see someone release a dual-booting phone with Android and Web-OS. That way people comfortable with Android could try out web-os without needing to commit to a web OS phone, and more developers could be attracted.

Weighing everything sounds like a pain. With t or T you just scoop and go.

The thing to do about it is to plan for when it happens.

A single detonation, properly placed, can do tons of damage - like more than half the United States pretty easily.

If the EMP is large enough to disrupt the flow of food to population centers, you can be assured that the effect would be quite dramatic. Keep in mind pretty much everyone in the United States is perpetually two days away from not having any food and that people do crazy things when they start starving.

About ten years ago I lived in Virginia and had a friend who did war gaming simulations for the government. CIA Pentagon type stuff. He couldn't tell me much about what he did, but he did tell me that those hard drives we misplaced in los alamos in 2001 (I think it was) ended up in China and that they contained tons

Did you buy it with a credit card? Most CC companies extend the warranties of your products and if the reseller won't play ball they will issue a chargeback to you. Give them a call.

Yea! Right on! This was all done like a few months ago already!

The subject is that there is a person in the house. Why are you so sexist that you have to immediately point out that it's a man?

Life is hard if you have a dwarf hand, but for most people with regular sized hands, reaching well beyond the top corner with your thumb is not an issue.

This doesn't even make sense. First of all, iPhone can't keep up with that tiny screen forever. It just looks outdated at this point. Second, you can increase the size of the screen and keep the same or similar resolution. In fact, a lot of the 4" screen phones have similar resolution to the iPhone 4.

I bought one literally a few hours before this whole debacle. Why would he say all this before 3.1 hits? Why not let it hit then see how it does over the holidays with better pricing and better software?
