I looked up 1LE yesterday. It was a handling package, and not a full package like the z28, ss or rs. So I am sure it will handle much better than a standard z28.

I attribute this to lack of skill of the driver, not lack of capabilities of the car. I have a lot of late 90's camaros in my area, and they always want to pick on my car. I have never come close to being taken advantage of in the rain by any of them.
