I only know about him what I see him present via the media and social media. I didn’t know about his driving prowess because we only ever see his cars going slow (except in the solomondrin video). Tax the Rich was a wealthy collector who used to flog his cars around the English countryside in the video series above -

I have an issue with Ferrari Collector David Lee - he seems he seems to want all these great things but he wants them because “they are the thing to have” vs actually driving of them with any resemblance of driving enjoyment. Perhaps there’s a David Lee we’ve never seen and I’m wrong. The cars seem to be nothing

Check your email @KristenLee

Really you can trace it back to 1968 when the Dino 206 came out. Porsche has been making the 911 for how long?  I am sure there are similarities but most of parts and engine are very different.....

Agreed on the price - Much less difference between $25K to
$300K than to $3m.  I guess it could be closer to 10x difference in between each....

Its a Wrap! @sscustoms have done other famous Tesla’s like their military themed Model S tributes. S&S is a great shop that does the bay area’s supercars and hypercars and a lot of Tesla work. I am not sure if they did this...  They did my NART themed livery.

My dad had a Tercel SR5 4WD when they were new. He always liked quirky cars - he had Fiats (in the US), bought my mom a Peugeot 604 Turbo Diesel, and a 308GT4 (hence my screen name) and a bunch of weird race cars. The tercel was great! It could handle really well. We went to the snow in Lake Tahoe and did light off

The more I read about these guys, the more upset I am about Rory. He was the enthusiasm guy who wasn’t as good a wheelman or famous. BUT, he was working on his driving craft and getting better. He has good chemistry with Chris Harris and he was getting better at his driving skills. I think he deserved more of a

I see that Rory is joining Carfection as it turns out was originally his home before it was even called xcar.

I used to have an ‘05 Elise. the fin part on the back got dinged. No kidding, the local fiberglass skilled body shop wanted 13K to fix it.... If I decided to do so, Insurance would have certainly totaled it.

Is there anybody that rolls cooler than this guy!  I’ve been looking at pictures of this since I was a little kid.  He goes beyond what the original crafters did!  Right on Jim G.!!!

I think your article has points out a very interesting topic. But you should know better that anybody making a “love letter” / “homage” type of documentary wouldn’t put in something really controversial. Do you think his family and friends actually would have participated in the movie if they had? Certainly this topic

Why don’t they offer something relative to where the car is made..... I think I would like the option of a forceful angry German woman’s voice!

I’ve heard the vintage Bugatti guys drive around Pursang recreations of their cars to enjoy, too. I also know a guy that races the crap out of his real GTO that he’s owned since the 80's.

Most 250 GTO drivers actually do drive and many race their cars regularly. They have an exclusive club where they get together every couple of years and gather as many as possible and go for a grand tour. Most of them can easily afford to fix it if anything were to happen.... The car up for sale was featured in the

I still rock my ‘04. Love it so much!

I think Ferrari people are starting to accept this more and more. Mostly thanks to Porsche people who have more publicly embraced hot rod culture. He’s getting a lot of support from dealers and mechanics who really want to help his team.

When Spanish trusts us to get things right.... Alonso you’re my boy!!!!!

Same here! Just the first episode then watched Bisi’s part and a couple of the interesting tuner car stories.
