By definition, the dealer’s actions mark him as a shady dealer, any franchise not withstanding.

It would be very helpful to publish the dealership’s name, and the name of the salesperson you were communicating with.

Witholding this onformation only makes it easier for them to screw someone else.

I’m hesitant to read ANYTHING into these anecdotes, leg amputations, raw sewage, or long shifts. Anecdotal evidence rarely reflects common, day to day reality.

Also, nothing in these anecdotes seems to be all that out of the ordinary compared to any other large company, especially a manufacturing company.
