The black striping on the top of the windshield has gotten smuged and scratched up, but, this is still an awesome model. The only other brand that I can remember that made this car in small scale is Siku.
Thus, I’ll be collecting them alongside 1:64. However, I haven’t recently found any 1:64 scale models on the pegs that I absolutely must have. However, my birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, so let’s see if I can squeeze in some 1:64s there :P
Pretty awesome car for the price. I especially love the matte black(I think this is matte black) with the blacked out wheels.
With Jada, I view them more of a 1/32, 1/24, and 1/18 scale brand. 1/32 and 1/24 seems to be their main scales. I actually quite like their larger scale stuff. Also, they seem to be coming out with another theme but for supercars and hypercars.
So I went to their website, and looked around. That’s when I noticed this:
There are a few minor flaws here and there, but, nothing that would be super off putting for me.
I tend to see these from China sellers when looking up die-cast exotics. Anyone have any experience with them? (Just a listing I snapped a picture of)
(Could not find a more clear picture of all of them)
These 1/32-1/36ish Kinsmart or RMZ cars actually have some pretty nice detail for being pull back toys.
There’s a Koenigsegg behind the Vette. CCXR, I think? Obviously, it will be probably be bigger than it should be(although the Maserati, Ice Charger, and Navistar weren’t too far off), but, I’ll take any decent Koenigsegg model that doesn’t cost hundreds.
I’ll get some new die-cast eventually :P
Because they are Lego replicas of real cars I put together with the help of Youtube videos, albeit with some differences.
Another old Johnny. Wish I could find that black Tahoe from American Heroes, but, I’m loving this one.
I was watching a die-cast YouTuber named HeavyMetal One64, and he showed this Majorette 718, and in the video, he was actually able to remove the roof.
I found this particular release for a decent price, and the more I looked at the pictures, the more I liked it. I’ve become a big fan of Johnny Lightning, so I will be trying to pick up older releases when I can if the price is right.
I will let you decide how it got there.
