@Vallyen: haha, I know dude I'm Indian and when I see Chai listed at certain coffee places as Chai Tea I cringe a little. In China I believe they call it Te and in Kenya they call it Cha.

In Myanmar they make tea leaf salad. Its so tasty. Also, some people use tea as an ingredient in smoking other foods. In China they have tea that is hundreds of years old and are worth a ton of money which makes for a really expensive tea time.
