I'm excited about this console, for sure.
I'm excited about this console, for sure.
That's what I use for my Kindle Fire when it's streaming music to my living room.
Ha ha — "he draws what he loves." That's my favorite sentence in this entire thread.
"The characters don't look like that because "that's what sells", but because that's how the artist has been drawing his characters forever."
Huh?
Sure — but you want to compete with them on fair grounds. If there are no racers around you, then the proper solution isn't to make the game cheat. That's not a game anymore — it's just an elaborate means of rolling dice.
I look forward to Kotaku's next article on why gaming should be taken seriously as an art form.
It sucks to run a perfect race just to turn around and find yourself no better off than if you raced poorly the entire time. Even with intense practice, too much of the game boils down to chance.
Nonsense. The joy of these games is often in finding your own path.
I think we're on the same page — I just didn't understand the voice acting/kiddie connection.
Sigh. World of Goo makes me so happy. What a wonderful, wonderful piece of work.
It is original, I'll give them that.
And a good game deserves a good audience. Which it isn't going to get with a title like that.
Wait... it's seriously called "Out With a Whimper"?
Sigh. I love my Zune HD. Proof that the economy of consumer electronics has nothing to do with who makes the best hardware. Microsoft's only mistake with the Zune HD was not being able to put an "i" in front of the name.
The 3DS is screaming for an F-Zero revival. If there's any game that might justify the use of 3D, it's that one.
Nice :) Aaaaaaaaaaaarg.
Ha. Maybe I should see if it's available on Redbox....
Point being, I'm not going to ignore a fantastic game because I have some random beef against the console. The argument against the Wii is cyclical:
Ahh... thanks. I do remember this, but I don't remember Defense Grid being involved. I was presumably just out of the loop since I played it on XBLA and not on Steam.
