the president’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, is largely responsible for advocating for that phone call, not Perry.

Even if Rick Perry strongly suggested he do it, isn’t he STILL on the hook for an impeachable offense? Am I missing something here? What on earth does this Orange Clown expect this to do other than anger somebody who might have been on his side?
