Well said. I actually love the new Kane angle; it's great to have Nattie back and now she has motivation to get revenge on team BAD; Paige was AWESOME; the opening brawl was way better than the usual twenty minute Authority promo; Xavier playing Rusev's theme was grade A stuff, and yeah the finish to that match was

Loved the whole Bayley/Sasha segment, and the video promo for Asuka (Kana) makes the women's division seem like it's going from strength to strength.

All-Star Superman by Morrison and Quitely.

Pretty sure Rollins tapped out so fast because Sting can't hold a squat for more than one second anymore.

I'm a little confused as to why people are so upset about the Divas title finish. As if Nikki wasn't going to break the record and as if politics has never been a part of wrestling booking. Now that the record's broken they can go wherever they want with the story, most likely with putting the belt on Charlotte on

I'm feeling more positive about the Divas Revolution after this actually. Aside from "Twin Magic" being a not-very-believable and a very-much-seen-it-before finish, I'm a bit happier with the direction the Divas Revolution seems to be taking. The women desperately needed some individual time on the spotlight, and the

I am well and truly pumped for that Iron Man match. I believe it's the main event (the only one this time) which is a great show of support for the women's division after Sasha and Bayley put on the match of the night (year?) at Brooklyn. Man, how are they going to top that?!

This right here is testament to the POWER OF POSITIVITY! Join me in some clap therapy, AV Club, and don't you dare be sour!

I liked when Ryback pedantically pointed out that Owens hadn't thrown the whole of the book outside the ring, and Owens picked up the dustjacket and threw it in his face.

I said "sweet suplex" out loud when I saw it, and then winced a little on the replay. Did not look safe.

Shit.

Hey, kosmoheadon…

Don't even trip, dogg.

You can say that again.

Man at least having Nikki defend her title for once has added some impetus to the Divas Revolution story. It's unlikely (though not impossible) Nikki'll drop the title next week but now at last there are some stakes, and it sets up a few different possibilities for Night of Champions. Does Charlotte get a rematch?

She's more likely to injure herself doing it since she relies so heavily on her opponent completing her half-assed flip for her.

I wish I hadn't read this comment.

I, like Corey Graves, am picking Jordan and Gable to win the Dusty Classic. They're looking great, and deserve a good push. I'd love to see them square off against the Vaudevillains in a feud after this.

It's true. The Paige/Sasha match was undermined by the fact that it was always going to finish within two minutes. You could see the women watching the clock all the way through those matches; it must be hard to get into the flow of a match with the timing of the finish hanging over your head like that.

The NXT audience tends to be the more hardcore fans, or "smarks" (ie. smart marks, people who enjoy the wrestling itself but are also a bit wise to what goes on behind the scenes) so they tend to be more raucous. Also, the women are given way more screen time at NXT and are often the main event, so the audience has
