I drive a school bus in California — a Type II bus, which means it can have no more than 19 passengers. Older buses don’t have seat belts, but newer ones are required to have them. Newer buses have 3 point seat belts (lap/shoulder belts). Currently, 7% of school buses In CA have seat belts of some sort.

If O2 levels are so low that the person needs supplemental oxygen, wouldn’t this also affect the combustion of fuel in the cylinders? Do fire trucks ever need oxygen so there’s enough O2 for the diesel to combust?
