Agree entirely. I did this very thing last night.

“Back in 2014, the Washington Redskins had their trademark canceled after the The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ruled that the team’s name was derogatory and offensive. The team has since filed suit to regain their trademark.”

The Texans have made the playoffs 4 times. Each time they have hosted a wildcard home game at 3:30pm on Saturday. This is not a coincidence.

Please do not perpetuate the myth that you cannot use the term “Super Bowl” to describe an event for watching the Super Bowl. Descriptive (and (Nominative) Fair Use in trademarks is a thing that exists - the NFL would just prefer you not know about that.

Not “copyright” - trademark. You cannot copyright a word or phrase. They are not the same thing at all.
