well, I consider mental illness to include relatively benign things like anxiety problems. I don't mean to imply that everyone who has experienced this stuff is crazy.

Definitely the most unnerving of them. I don't really believe in ghosts, so most of the others I chalk up to mental illness in pairing with unsettling coincidence. Look At Me, on the other hand, is scary because I believe it could actually happen.
