(Not to defend this asshole in any way, but I suspect what he is trying to say is that others referring to “West Virginia people” as a generalization is somehow racist. Like, “West Virginia people are idiots”. So the quote from him above needs some additional punctuation: “Is [saying] ‘West Virginia people’ racist?”)
