@joeny1980: I had a similar conversation with my doc once regarding a script and she said it would be OK for a month and didn't mind doing it but could not do it long term. The risk of overdose or selling the drugs is pretty high.

I am not sure that a doctor can legally or reasonably to this. If they do, the pharmaceutical companies will pull their license.

I wonder if this is why they burned the library of Alexandria. There was no use for paper, they drank all the kool aid.

@Odin: "Great article but I don't think you've quite hit the mark in terms of its competition. The problem with putting it up against netbooks is the iPad isn't priced competitively in the slightest."

@DeeJayQueue: Where does Flash and multi tasking come in?

I miss my old T100. One of the best vehicles I have ever owned. I would buy another but cant find one for a reasonable price.

@Elhigh: You are right, I should not have said "all" However, "Most" would have the same effect. I was pretty sure that Ford trucks and Chevy trucks were Canadian made while the Dodges were Mexican. Please someone who knows the facts better, chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

Ha, All I had to do to blow the engine in my Nissan was turn the key on the thing.

@Murilee Martin: I cant disagree. I am looking 30 square in the eye and think I am a target consumer but cannot remember any GM branded car that I have ever seriously looked at for myself as a daily driver.

@Murilee Martin: My dad bought an old Corvair and drove it from PA, He had to stop and put giant chunks of concrete in the front trunk because he was afraid of it going off the road. That car was terrifying to drive. Design, safety performance and reliability fail.

@Elhigh: I would like to know how that "National Morale" feels when most of the American brands are built outside of our own country. If I buy a Honda Accord, the larger share of the money paid isnt even leaving my own state and in many Honda, Marysville, Ohio employee's cases, The profit paid out to the (American)

@brandegee: I almost bought an 04 Saab 93 convertible when I went to replace my first totaled spyder. I was told that every dealer has a "Saab" story on their backlot. One that every mechanic had worked on and never got to run right. When I looked at the reliability of it, It couldn't compare. Now I am very happy

@pauljones: I think the reliability of Japanese cars far outweighed the gas miser "feature" My first car was an 83 Toyota trecel and I wish to hell I still had it. It would not suprise me a bit if it was still running. It did rust the same as any 'mercin car I have ever had but for the first three years of my car

@brandegee: So credit enabled GM to build crappy cars? No thanks, I wont bite that worm. GM made crappy cars period, forever. Not one that I have ever owned has held any torch to any Honda, Toyota or now, even my Mitsubishi/Dodge RT Spyder. My wife's Grand Prix is newer by six years and everything on it is falling

@Mike DeLisa: This is really easy to find out. Grab the biggest, highest power magnet you can find and wave it over any electronic device. You will know instantly how the magnets affect different gadgets.

@vlatro: I think you have found the tear that rips at the american way. All from a box of unused chargers.

@vinylrake: But officer, they just left the hummer running and I thought I would make better use of the truck by me driving it. See, I was being Green.....
