I don’t know who the cosplayer is but I know his character! One of my favorite series and character. His name is Kazama Chikage from Hakuōki ~Shinsengumi Kitan~ and this is his Oni form. This is the best cosplay of Kazama I’ve seen!

This is how it's done in Korea I believe. If you want to register online for major sites, your unique online ID is tied to your SSN or something.

Please do! I know its difficult and I really appreciate the devs coming to visit the BSN when they can but I miss the times when you guys would engage the community more. It's one of the things Bioware has always been really awesome about. Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated!
