I've been thinking of getting Bravely Default but I wasn't a huge fan of the demo. Is it better or different than that? I enjoyed Fire Emblem Awakening tremendously. My favorite title on the 3DS so far.

This is incredibly sad. I have no children of my own but a niece I've raised like my own and I'm always thankful she hasn't shown any health issues. I offer my condolences to Joel's family as well. :C

You're missing out on amazing characters on DA2. Yes there were some questionable dungeons and play mechanics but overall is a good game that would be important for you to understand the overall world of Dragon Age.
