That's exactly what I noticed and that's why I tend to stay away from any touch screen gameplay. I didn't realize the "pads" didn't have buttons when I saw the photo of the controller.

Yeah I blame parents for bad parenting period. When it comes to gaming or use of the internet, I make sure I know what my niece is doing. I don't have kids of my own but I help my sister take care if her since she's a single mom and you have to be responsible for what your child has access to: TV, games and internet.
