I can see what you mean. Maybe as a whole the album is not as cohesive as his other albums but yeah there are some greats songs in it. It may not be everyone's cup of tea either since he's taking some risks being experimental with some of the beats.

I don't know about him in a video game but I do like his latest album "Yeezus". Black Skinhead is a really good song. I may be in a minority here since I don't think a great majority of Kotaku listens to hip-hop or like Kanye. /shrug
