Agree with most of your post. A very good argument could be made that blacks disproportionally commit more crime because they are disproportionally poor. Go into any country in the world and irrespective of the racial makeup you will find more crime in poorer areas.
And of course you avoided the point of my post. I put up figures showing blacks are victims of police deaths far exceeding their part of the population. But when you compare those stats with the occurrence of violent crime they jive quite closely, almost eerily.
