An 80k stadium averaging $75 a ticket is 6 million in revenue over 10 games...per year. Over 5 years that’s 300 million which can buy you a nice super bowl caliber QB, running back and Oline. One can spend their television money on a defense.

A stadium is basically a big bowl with seats and grass at the bottom. They can rip out everything else and make it all new and shiny.
