Zombies work best in small doses.

watch TWD. it’s all zombies and shit for characters.

Yes, I really couldn’t give a flying f about what happened in the game. I am watching the TV show.

(which for TLOU gamers is pure foreshadowing)

Into Darkness tried to leach off the work that The Wrath of Khan did while doing none of it itself (the reveal of Khan depended totally on knowing the first film). JJ’s attempts at lying about Cumberbatch not being Khan were so terrible no one believed him.

Shennanigans. Mando will either be good, or not. It won’t be “less” because Andor was great. Boba Fett wasn’t “less” because Andor was great, it was just shitty.

Say it with me now:

It. Doesnt. Fucking. Matter.

Look, I’m happy the Venture Bros. is getting a conclusion. But regardless, it needed to end. It’s been 20 years. Publick, Hammer, and the voice actors aren’t going to be around forever. Give us one last hurrah, and let the cast ride off into the sunset.

I’m going to give this season a try only because it’s bringing back the rest of the old crew. But, man, previous seasons of “Picard” were among the absolute worst TV I’ve ever watched. Hideously, inexcusably awful. The trailers promise more of the same - pointless, sloppy mashing up of old elements.  But I guess we’ll

if im going to do homework for a movie, its not going to be for one with a 54% tomatometer score

Don’t.

This is what is known as “the comic book problem”--with so many universes and death meaning nothing, it does get very ‘what the hell is the point’ after a while.  Of course, so does life, so there’s that...

See, I would argue that there have been some pretty fun projects since Endgame but... yeah, you’re probably best to have stopped then.

Yeah, that is exactly the problem with alternate universe stories but somehow there is a loud contingent of Marvel fans who somehow see that as a good thing.

I’m glad that I stopped paying attention to Marvel after Endgame. It all seems just so exhausting to keep up with anymore.

way too many characters [...] and an over-reliance on television show connections

I’ve seen every MCU film in theatres but this is going to be the one to break the streak. Nothing about this film looks interesting to me. It’s just all bubblegum CGI.

My gut says that this might be the film that makes a lot of the casual audience starts to check out and things get too confusing and convoluted.

Most of these felt aggressively mid. There’s just too much “we gotta make a really cool SB ad” try hard vibe going on.
