OMG, Brazil nuts... I know that one.
That was my first thought when I saw this,
"Is that an NSX?... I think it is...why is it right in front of the dyno?"
I got my first car at 12. I had to restore it though. It was driveable by the time I was 16. When I finally got the kinks worked out it was good and road worthy by 17.
You spelled "Ranchero" wrong.
Now that you mention it, it really does look shopped.
Well that statement was a bit of a stretch. The rim of the decklid, door frames, and such were still original. I could tell by looking that they did in fact leave a lot more of the original sheetmetal than just the roof and pillars.
It is indeed a 66. grille and chrome on the sides give it away.
I bet the tile helps considerably. notice how the wheels fall right on the grout line?
It's mustang clear back to the rear bumper. I noticed that the inside of the trunk lip is the original stamping. I had a 65 mustang so I can tell there's a lot of original sheetmetal in there. Granted we're only talking sheetmetal, but from my eye it's a lot more than just the A pillar and B pillar.
The whole point of GM selling a car like this is for people to race them. So, on the one hand, it's no longer original, but on the other hand, car companies make low production, high performance cars specifically for buyers to turn them into race cars. So you could say this car is being used exactly as it was intended.
Here in Virginia, anything older than 25 years doesn't need any smog tests... Hell, if you live in a rural area, nothing ever gets smog tested.
Nissan pickup>Toyota pickup. 22R is junk. That is all.
My best guess is its a 351 Windsor. 408 strokers are pretty common. With a .020 overbore, that would work out to 410.
They don't call em Monster Trucks for nothing.
No. not FWD.
My favorite part is the loading ramps... Just look at them. Did they really think that janky-ass system was going to work in the first place?
pretty sure thats a lambo dude.
If I could snag all that stuff, I'd have the orange one finished and back on the market in under a month. I bet I could sell it for about 7,000 or more and sell the two parts jeeps for 1,000 a piece. NP!!
