It’s because we see through the bullshit, none of that happening when there truth of videos showing the opposite every fucking week, it’s like the fuckers in advertising doesn’t know shit about the climate in the streets, pure fucking tone deaf.

I think if you’re promoting the idea that there are a lot mixed identities living together in the future, that idea is made moot mainly by the fact the lead is still white. I think that argument would work great if mokoto was played by anyone other than white, like someone black or of mixed race, but merely continuing

If you own a house in this town, you’ve been around for a while and have massive equity, are compensated well enough to make the purchase of a semi-fancy car a choice, or both.

Guy 1: “Man this makes me not want to buy their stuff even though I love Porsches”

Sorry, but after a very disappointing second half of the first season, and the god-awful second season, I’m not wasting any more time on Korra. Don’t really care how good it gets after that. Korra didn’t hold a candle to the Last Airbender.

Nah bro, Williams wasn’t phoning it in on Episode VII. Rey’s Theme, March of the Resistance, The Starkiller and even Kylo Ren’s theme are all worthy additions to that franchise’s soundscape. Just give it 40 years or so; they'll grow on you like the originals did

You think this is a Marvel Movie problem? Hum ANY tune from a movie in the last 15 years that was a Major Blockbuster, that isn’t done by John Williams. Used to you could throw Danny Elfman in there too, but not any more.

As someone who has played WoW on and off for way too long, it’s not so much nostalgia as a change in the community, for better or worse.

To me, the social aspect of the old WoW is that I made friends in dungeon. Some random guy showed me a path of being a good hunter after said dungeon since I performed poorly. Then I met some other new people along the way, then we agreed and tried to save 1k gold to open a guild of our own, for the fun of it. That’s

The game forced total strangers to interact, and that’s how most friendships were made back in the day. Nothing was easy, so you really had to stick together and work in groups. If you wanted to get to an instance, you had to find people, talk with them, and coordinate ways to get the group there, etc. It was a pain

It was furstrating but there was something rewarding about shouting for a group in chat and then manually traveling to a dungeon before starting it. You actually felt apart of the world. Everything is too automatic now. I get it, it streamlines the experience so you just get the best bits... but at some point you miss

Truth!

People seem to forget just how amazing it is the first time around

I’m in my 20s, and I feel that sometimes, but then I think about how much better the world has also gotten since I was born. There have been a lot of tragedies, but a lot of triumphs as well. The world has become a more peaceful place than it has ever been in recorded history. Technology has spread and information is

43 and I’ve seen some shit. And it only keeps going by faster, like they say.

It’s also worth noting that Lucas, who set himself up as a defender of the rights of directors against studios and producers, didn’t direct the second and third movies. So he’s stepping on the work of his fellow artists, who weren’t consulted on the producer’s “improvements”.

Anyone who knows the beta version was better than the final product.
